Returns/Exchanges

We want everyone to love their Purple Paparazzi jewelry. We gladly offer exchanges within 15 days of online receipt purchase.

 

Orders/Shipping

Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail or priority mail. All VA orders will be charged 4.5% sales tax. If you require special expedited shipping, contact us upon completion of your order.  

 

International Shipping

As of June 2014, we have opened up our shipping to take International orders. We charge a set flatrate amount for Int'l shipping. Customers are responsible for any and all import duties and taxes when your shipment arrives in your country. We do not know nor can determine each countries fees so please check with your local customs office.

 

Availability

All of our Purple Paparazzi pieces are made by hand and often we only have 1 or a few in stock. We do not mass produce our pieces and everything is made in house in our studio. If the item is listed in our online store, we generally have it in stock. Due to traffic in our shop, occassionally an item sells out before showing out of stock in our store. We will notify you if this occurs. We appreciate you understanding this given that we are a small shop.

 

Jewelry Care & Handling

Every piece of Purple Paparazzi jewelry is handcrafted wth attention to detail and should be handled with care. Apply your make-up, perfume and haircare products prior to putting on your Purple Paparazzi jewelry. Store your jewelry in a pouch or jewelry box to avoid scratching.After every wear, wipe your jewelry off to keep it's natural stones color and shine.

 

Wholesale

We do accept wholesale requests. Please contact us via email if you are a store or boutique looking to carry our line .
